From 1905 to today
The story begins in the early 1900s thanks to the idea of Girolamo Piccinini who, in his home in Urbisaglia, a town in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata, decided to open an oil mill that dealt with the pressing of olives for third parties.
The 70s marked a strong renewal where the company expanded thanks to its new partner Vincenzo Staffolani, who together with Girolamo Piccinini, grandson of the founder, decided to buy an olive grove in Torre Matigge, a small hamlet of Trevi in Umbria.
Today the company under the expert guidance of Claudio Staffolani and his son Giacomo continues to have a family dimension that allows you to maintain direct control over every stage of production. The machines used are all in stainless steel, to guarantee the highest quality and leave the valuable characteristics of the product unaltered. The resulting extra virgin olive oil is exclusive, of quality and artisanal production, a synthesis of ancient traditions, innovation and timeless flavors.
